Special!

For the purpose of "exploring the different gastronomical cultures throughout Europe", we kindly ask you to bring a traditional cake (or similar) from your country to the forum.

Also, we would kindly ask you to send us the text to a traditional song from your country (preferably one that is reasonably easy to learn) by email. All the songs, we receive, will be included in a booklet, which will be used during the forum and afterwards made available online.

The songs will be posted on this website as we receive them.

Programme

The draft programme is shown below.

Guiding and Scouting methods will be used during the forum. These include learning by doing, working in small groups, exercises, plenary and informal discussion. There will be ample opportunities for informal networking, including a café at Rysensteen on Thursday and Saturday evenings.

Market place

Saturday afternoon the Forum venue, i.e. Vartov, will be become a "Market place", where participants are encouraged to actively participate by bringing an exhibition or display and share their experiences. If you aim to participate, please complete the registration form and submit this along with your application form. Both may be downloaded from the left sidebar.

Workshops

Participants are also encouraged to offer a workshop of interest to the other participants. Workshops will be offered in two sessions on Sunday morning, lasting 45 minutes. Please speak directly to either Regional Director if you wish to take up this opportunity.
